No, sorry, I don’t have much brain power for anything other than complaints at the moment. Right now, I am really quite annoyed w/ the Beeb for denying Amurican Fen the glories that surely must be the Sarah Jane Adventures website. While I am grateful for the vids from the site surfacing on Youtube, it’s not quite the same thing. Hmph.

Too much going on, not that anyone is noticing the absence of posts. (Hey, I am pretty durn sure that I’m the only one reading this right now!) In any case, I am doing a fly-by to simply comment that I am much more pumped about the first Sarah Jane Adventures than I am The Runaway Bride. Yanno, because it’s Sarah! And she’s fashion-challenged! And–judging from the Advent Calendar clip (that would be Dec 9, if you haven’t been keeping track)– she’s totally in a second season U.N.C.L.E. episode. If the entire series takes that tone, it’s gonna kick major arse!
In other randomness, I wonder which magic pixie delivery elves I will get both from….

Oh, gotta love the BBC site-- a different goody for each day leading up to “The Runaway Bride.” Today’s goody is the original version of “Song for Ten.” They certainly know how to pump up fans!

So, yeah, everyone knows by now: Craig Hinton has passed, unexpectedly. I am always sorry to hear of a “name” passing, especially one younger than myself. I didn’t know him in person, never “met” him online, and only have a vague knowledge of his ouvre. Therefore, unlike most of fandom, I am neither shocked, stunned, devastated, or anything else over it. Sounds like he was a hoopy frood, though– and Kroll knows we have so few of those in the world.
My sympathies to those of you who knew him (or his work), and are justifiably upset.
